This Morning and Now

Contractions ended this morning sometime after 6 am. *sigh*

They had been happening anywhere from 10 to 20 to 15 min apart yesterday, maybe occasionally 30 min. I tried staying up as late as possible last night encouraging them. But I just got too tired. Could only sleep sitting up for so long. Waking every hour or so for a contraction was still encouraging. Oh well.

I think contractions have started again, as of about 2 hours ago, definitely as of 45 min ago. Unless all of this has been a new type of Braxton Hicks that doesn’t feel like the ones from weeks ago.

I’ve also been told, by one of the nurses from triage last week, that false labor can happen up to two(?) weeks before real labor.
