Batty In Here

The house has bats. Lots of bats. Never good to hear the inspector open the attic door-thing and have a first reaction of “Woah”. Then the inspector climbs into attic, rounds a corner, and says “Oh crap.” I wouldn’t mind them, they keep mosquitoes and other insects at bay, but apparently bat guano (which is all through my attic) will grow mold that causes respiratory issues. And I already have allergies. :P

Bats are bad, very bad. If you find any strange marks on anyone get a rabies shot immediately.

Actually Bats are fine, they dont randomly attack people and as for rabies bats are low risk for carrying rabies as they are bug eaters maybe 3-4 year test positiveper year per state for rabies. And just spray the Guano with bleach will help kill the mold spores( wear a mask) also you cna get a sonic emitter that will confuse the bats and they will leave, there is also a pheromone spray of some sort as well.

‘In cases where a child or mentally compromised individual has been left alone with a bat, especially in sleep areas. This is illustrated by the September 2000 case of a nine-year old boy from Quebec who died an agonizing death from rabies 4 weeks after being in the presence of a sick bat, even though there was no apparent report of a bite.’

You can use the bat guano as a material component to cast fireball spells
