"In December, an 11-year-old archer had an narrow escape after being shot through the eye by a teammate. The arrow went through Liu Cheong's eye socket and more than four inches into his head, where it was stopped by the back of his skull. It took doctors at Jida Hospital in Changchun, China, four hours to extract the object. The boy survived because the projectile missed his brain."
