Let It Rain

My Mom, brother and I are going on a cruise to Bermuda on Thursday (I leave tonight to head out to Boston). I was just telling my friend Lisa how cool the roofs in Bermuda are, as an indication of how unique Bermuda must be. And I suddenly thought, I'll probably need or want to do the same thing for my island! So I don't have to worry about drinking water.

What is that cool unique thing? Well, they construct their roofs to collect, purify, and funnel rain for water for drinking! It's really is interesting. They've been using this method for 400 years. And it's a bonus that the roofs help houses withstand hurricanes too!
