It Can Be Done!

There's a country near (in) Italy that - I am told - has a population of only 80, and has no land outside of two buildings. The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta. Or the Sovereign Order of Malta for short:
