This character is responsible for receiving, analyzing and controlling all mission objectives by keeping abreast of all goings on in each of the departments on the Starbase. This character is also responsible for organizing and seeing that goods and material requests get filled and for coordinating how the station's resources (sensor use, etc.) gets divded up amongst the various departments. The COO is normally found in the Command Center when on duty.
